Controllers
ReeR's Mosaic series includes programmable safety controllers that offer flexibility and scalability. Master units, such as the M1, M1S, and M1S COM, support up to 16 inputs and 8 OSSD outputs, with Fieldbus communication capabilities and compliance with SIL 3 and PL e standards. ReeR Measurement Light Curtains – Micron AC, AV, B, IOL & C
ReeR’s Measurement Light Curtains are advanced sensors designed not merely to detect presence, but to measure, recognize shapes and count objects with high precision. Depending on which beams in the curtain are engaged by an object, these sensors provide real-time data to a PLC or PC to detect presence or absence, measure dimensions, identify profiles and perform counting. The Micron series includes Micron AC with analog voltage output (0–10 V), Micron AV with analog current output (4–20 mA), Micron B with dual analog outputs and programmable digital outputs, Micron IOL supporting IO-Link protocol, and Micron C offering solid-state outputs ideal for counting and presence detection. These sensors support synchronisation between emitter and receiver (optical or cable), multiple beam spacings (5, 10, 25, 30, 50, 75 mm), and are configurable via software. In special versions, they come with IP65, IP67 or IP69K enclosures, enhanced sensitivity for glass, or optical diaphragms for vertical mounting.
